Our 21-acre retreat in beautiful southeastern Ontario offers more than 700 feet of picturesque shoreline and thick, shaded woodlands. Overnight stays are not offered, but our community flourishes with those seeking to stay and grow for the entire season.
Families can dive into our outdoor heated pool, join in the laughter of community games like bingo, and enjoy the sounds of live music. Budding anglers will be hooked by the chance to reel in walleye, pike, bass, and more, while our on-site boat launch, docks, and fish cleaning station make every catch a breeze.
Beyond Hay Bay, the charming town of Greater Napanee is a hidden gem in southeastern Ontario. Charming local shops, golf courses, wineries, heritage museums and access to the Trent-Severn Waterway are all a short drive away.

††Rates listed for seasonal sites represent a starting price point for the total site fee that would include the entire season (resort open date through the closing date). New seasonal guests arriving after the start of a season may qualify for a prorated seasonal rate for their site fee based upon your arrival date. Please inquire for more details. While seasonal stays are welcome at our resort, we do not offer overnight camping or vacation rentals. Taxes, fees, and discounts are not included.
