Outside, the site is already fully set up for relaxing and entertaining, complete with an outdoor gazebo, furniture, detached shed, and parking for up to two boats plus four vehicles — something rarely found at most waterfront sites.

The cottage is equipped with a propane furnace, propane water heater, air conditioning, and two septic tanks (with the second ready for installation), all in excellent working order.
